• To manage your account, subscription, and billing via Stripe
• To improve our service and understand how users interact with TryMyCut

3. Photo Storage

Photos you upload are stored securely in Google Cloud Storage and are used solely to generate your haircut previews. Generated images are associated with your account and accessible only to you. We do not sell, share, or use your photos to train AI models.

4. Third-Party Services

• Firebase / Google Cloud — authentication, database, and file storage
• Stripe — payment processing (we never store your card details)
• Mixpanel — product analytics (anonymized usage data)
• Google Gemini — AI image generation
