1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TryMyCut (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use TryMyCut
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You may only upload photos of yourself or photos for which you have explicit permission
  • You may not use the Service for any unlawful or abusive purpose

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. Your plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are provided. Free trial periods (where offered) convert to paid subscriptions automatically unless cancelled before the trial ends.

4. Haircut Generation Limits

Each plan includes a set number of haircut generations per month. Unused generations do not roll over to the next month. The Free plan includes a lifetime allocation that does not reset.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. The AI-generated haircut images produced from your photos are yours to use for personal purposes. TryMyCut retains all rights to the Service, its design, and underlying technology.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated results are for entertainment and preview purposes only — actual haircut results may vary. TryMyCut does not guarantee the accuracy or quality of any generated image.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TryMyCut shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
